Our goal is to provide you with excellent service. We generally ship by USPS priority mail within one business day of your placing an order. A live human looks at every order, and processes the invoice within one business day from San Jose, CA. If there are any problems, we will notify you immediately. You will receive a confirming email when we ship. Heavier orders will go by UPS.
We do ship internationally. The shopping cart will give you only the USA shipping prices. We will send you an email when we receive your international order, asking for the additional shipping charges to be paid prior to our shipping your order.
Except for November and December of each year, we generally ship by UPS within one business day of the order being placed. Orders under 2 pounds may go by USPS. If your order has more than 300 pieces, it may take several days.
For Holiday orders, please place your large orders by Oct 15th.
