You will love our products, or we will take them back! Just return the unused item with all original packaging and tags within 30 days, at your expense for postage. We will issue a refund through whichever service you used to pay for the merchandise, when it arrives to us in good condition, or exchange--whichever you prefer. In the event of an exchange, we will pay the postage back to you!
Custom made orders are not eligible for exchange or return, unless defective.
In the event you receive a defective item, we will exchange the item at our expense for shipping. Just let us know what the problem is, and we will work it out.
Wholesale Return Policy
